At Battimandorlo you can breathe a genuine atmosphere of Sicilian inspiration. Starting from breakfast, guests are accompanied in a gastronomic experience deeply rooted in the territory and with slow living values.
The kitchen concept at Battimandorlo is a dive into the real Sicily, imprinted in the overall philosophy of our structure, without forcing, elegant but with a territorial and identity DNA. Seasonality and territory are at the center, with a choice of five dishes that base their philosophy on a short supply chain, direct knowledge and the supply of small local farmers. Dishes that will change often, giving space to the particular versatility of this land and its food memory. A sustainability that is also history, sociality, storytelling and food culture.


We offer a light and fun menu, available all day. Small dishes that skip the traditional division of lunch or dinner into appetizers, first courses, second courses.
To support the cuisine, two cocktails also linked to the seasonality and availability of the botanicals of our valley and a list of mostly natural wines with a particular focus on small Sicilian producers who also love their land and their craft.
The challenge is to bring an ancestral memory back into the canons of contemporary cuisine: fun, light but, at the same time, highly passionate: at the center of the bet there is a territory but, above all, the desire to make our guests happy and pampered.
